Why should you listen to me? And who the heck am I anyway?
First off, Hi! I love that you’re here! My name is Talya Lutzker and I’ve been a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner since 2003.
As for why you should listen to me over the countless other voices in Ayurvedic medicine, let me give you the short answer (because we are all busy).

Before I started studying with Talya, I thought I was eating really "healthy" I’d been dabbling in Ayurveda for several years. I was a vegetarian. And I was pretty conscious about the foods I put in my body.
Every now and then, I’d treat myself with wheat, dairy, or sugar. I knew it didn’t make me feel GREAT. But, I figured…it wasn't a big deal. Because being a vegetarian is healthy enough, right?
